The outward-flanged side rails are a standout feature. Unlike traditional inward or vertical flanges, the outward-facing flange design significantly enhances the tray's moment of inertia and torsional rigidity, allowing for longer spans and higher load capacities with less material thickness. This design also creates a clean, obstacle-free interior channel, making cable laying, pulling, and re-routing faster and safer by eliminating snag points.
